Jon Spheeris
I am a Wauwatosa native and current Lake Country area resident who loves where I live and what I do! Over the past 38 years that I have been deeply involved in the real estate and development business. I have enjoyed my work with all my clients - many of whom have become my friends throughout the years. I firmly believe that you "never get a second chance to make a first impression," and I base my actions in my personal and professional relationships with that motto in mind.

I embrace a customized and client-centered approach to my real estate business and I make every effort to provide a high caliber of "white glove" service to my clients that will help them to enjoy their real estate experiences and keep them coming back! Through my marketing efforts and connections, I have gained international exposure for my listings which have been featured in Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, ELLEDecor and The New York Times.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Lucine and my two sons. Additionally, I love American Saddlebred horses, and have bred and raised many fine horses - most notably, the mother of Caramac, World’s Grand Champion Breeding Stallion.

Matt Spheeris

As a lifelong resident of Oconomowoc, I have always had the pleasure of enjoying the beautiful Lake Country area with its magnificent lakes and unique downtowns. Most of my experience comes from working with and observing my father, Jon Spheeris, who has been in this business for over 40 years. His knowledge, enthusiasm and high service standards have inspired me, and now serve as a foundation for my own career. It is no surprise that after graduating from Marquette University Business School that I chose real estate as my career and joined the Spheeris Team.

In all things, I strive to exceed expectations for my customers and clients. Through my partnership with Coldwell Banker, I have internalized and take great care in mastering the core values of the Coldwell Banker brand – Trust, Innovation, Collaboration, Business Acumen and Consumer Focus. I would be honored to bring my energetic and organized approach to your next real estate transaction. I enjoy creating a partnership with my clients as they make their biggest and most exciting investment!

Outside of real estate, I have the privilege of being a volunteer firefighter for the Town of Delafield Fire Department and being on the Board of Directors for Moonlit Movies. I've enjoyed living in the Lake Country Area and am honored to give back to my community.

Oconomowoc has always been my home; so I have grown up with the opportunity to enjoy the unique Lake Country lifestyle, especially the lakes! Passion for real estate is at the core of everything I do, and I enjoy my role in working as part of the Spheeris family business. My father, Jon Spheeris, has been involved with real estate and development for over 40 years, so I have grown up watching and learning from him. Two of the greatest values he instilled in me were the importance of working hard and providing excellent customer service. Beyond that, the core values I have learned from my partnership with Coldwell Banker complement my own personal values.

  • Trust: I want to get to know every customer and client and their specific needs. Honesty and integrity are important to me in building this trust.
  • Innovation: By my partnership with the forward thinking brand of Coldwell Banker, and by staying abreast of new trends, technologies and marketing strategies, I can provide my customers and clients the best the industry has to offer.

  • Business Acumen: Competence is key in this industry. While my college experience affords me knowledge in finance and real estate, I also believe in the importance of continued education to stay on top of new standards, trends and business skills.
  • Customer Focus: The customer or client is the most important part of every transaction, and providing excellent customer service is essential.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors and working on cars! Both are things that I find relaxing after a long day.

Lucine Spheeris

There was scarcely a family dinner that went by without some talk of local market conditions or a house with great curb appreal, that's because I am married to Jon Spheeris, owner of Coldwell Banker Elite. Jon's passion for real estate spread quickly to me and the rest of our family - we formed The Spheeris Team. Upon graduating from college, both our sons chose to make a career of real estate and have joined our family business!

I am very grateful to work with my family and my business family at Coldwell Banker Elite. It has been rewarding working with a terrific group of people who are committed to providing high service and ethical standards.

My goal is to take great care of our customers and clients so they can focus on being excited about their new property! Prior to real estate, my background in corporate human resources and operations helped me refine my problem solving, communication and overall business skills. My past emplyer described me as a person who "gets things done." I've taken that skill set to help our customers and clients at Coldwell Banker Elite.

When I'm not doing all things real estate, you'll find me taking advantage of a Waukesha County Bike Trail or enjoying one of the many lakes here in Lake Country.
