I get why the NBA does the lottery system. Who wants teams tanking down the stretch to improve their draft position, but man, to have Cleveland have a 1.7% chance to get the first pick and they get it. Wow! Second year in a row for them and three out of the last four (does that mean they are really bad since they are always in the draft lottery?). Oh well, here’s hoping the Bucks get a great player with the second pick in the draft.
