Leah was great to work with in every aspect. Even though selling our house encountered major hiccups, including a fraudulent buyer, and a home appraisal not meeting the offered price, Leah helped us to quickly relist our house when our first buyer fell through at the 11th hour, and went to bat for us when the second buyer's appraisal came up short, and got us our asking price.

Despite every frustration in our selling process, Leah was there to support us and show us our next steps. Her response time and proactiveness made sure we were never in the dark and always had an understandable time frame.

She found great resources to help us find the right price to offer. She sent us an email that had a guideline for every date that we would have to meet to make sure our offer would be completed.
